At Iguana Sell, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided it remains in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack the Items

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
