The Cure, and especially this song, which without being a chart hit, became a cult song for their fans, being one of the most outstanding songs of the New Wave movement, which devastated Europe and especially the United Kingdom in the late 70s and early 80s, and from which bands such as U2, New Order, Duran Duran, Police... were born. Tibaldi Forest, is designed with a special mixture of resin marbled with various greenish tones, its vertical lines emulating trunks or stems, which make you run towards that forest where you can get lost, as the song says.
